Program Manager, K/P Corporation   |   November 2005 – September 2009
Responsible for over 20 high level accounts for a web based print on demand company. Average cumulative monthly revenue of over $250,000. Managed projects from concept to production, including client needs assessment, project scheduling, estimating and budget, vendor negotiations, technical liaison, flawless execution, quality assurance, and billing. Dramatically reduced day to day operations workload by creating automated response system and tracking database.

Project Coordinator, Amgen, Inc.   |   August 2005 – October 2005
Provided short term project coordination. Acted as lead on multiple projects, from designing and managing execution of a campus facility inspection program to identifying and labeling new Bio Reactor Systems (including ensuring all existing labeling standards from the American National Standards Institute). Designed system for anticipating facilities needs through analysis of reports and monitoring Helpdesk complaints, essentially ‘borrowing’ resources from other teams to accomplish inspection goals.

Sonar Technician, Submarines (SS) Second Class, United States Navy   |   May 1999 - May 2004
Responsible for the safety of the submarine by supervising 4 sonar operators. In the event of a sonar failure, I called upon my mastery of the sonar equipment and methodology to troubleshoot in high-pressure situations, and conduct root cause analysis once the crisis was averted. While in port, executed findings from root cause analysis for failures at sea, managed preventative maintenance schedule, and managed inventory supplies, among other things.
Additional Naval duties:
While in port, I was the Deck Division Departmental Leading Petty Officer. I managed an 11 person crew and coordinated with shore based facilities for upkeep and maintenance of submarine exterior.
While both in port and at sea, I was the Assistant Leading Petty Officer. Responsibilities included and training and safety evaluation of Submarine Weapons Department (over 60 personnel).
